2026-03-15 — Switch (V60 style)
The aroma is really interesting. Great taste -- acidic but not too acidic. Feels juicy. I think I slightly over-extracted it: 13 grams coffee to 210 grams water, 3 minutes.
Went from juicy to syrupy after as it cooled down. Interesting.
2026-03-16 — Switch (Hybrid)
I used a hybrid method: immersion followed by a pour.
I think I didn't do a great job in brewing. The coffee is somewhat blunted today (though not over-extracted).
Less acidic, but the body is a little smoother. It's like I sanded-down all the sharp characteristics of this coffee.
I liked yesterday's pour more, but this is still excellent!
