Founded in 2021 in Pune by Chirag Oswal (a home brewer and roaster) and Umesh Bajaj, who used the pandemic as an opportunity to formalize their specialty coffee knowledge. Recognized as one of the top 10 roasteries in India.

Known for experimental roasting and innovative processing — notably the first roastery to process, roast, and serve Nagaland coffees. Focuses on Indian estates and experimental flavor profiles including co-fermented and infused naturals.
