Background

The first specialty coffee roastery in the Chandigarh region, founded in February 2020 by three friends with architecture backgrounds — brothers Sharang and Shivansh Sharma and childhood friend Tejasvi Verma. A visit to the 2019 Indian AeroPress Championship was the catalyst; a cousin roasting in the UK gifted them a sample roaster to get started.

Sources directly from 14 Indian estates across Chikmagalur, Coorg, Yercaud, and Kodaikanal, including Karadykan, Salawara, Ratnagiri, and Attikan. Founders visit farms regularly and have designed bamboo drying domes to help partner farmers dry coffee during the monsoon season. Light-to-medium roasting style, origin-forward — the inclination is toward preserving fruit and variety character over roast development.
