Background

Founded in 2018 by Mithilesh Vazalwar — India's first AeroPress Champion (2017), Indian Barista Champion (2022), Q-Grader certified in Melbourne, and TED-x speaker. Started as a ~200 sq ft roastery, grew into a café. Direct-trade sourcing with no middlemen, focused on spreading awareness of Indian specialty coffee. 2x National and 3x International Coffee Awards.
