Founded by AJ (born in Hyderabad, 12 years in Melbourne's third-wave coffee scene, moved to India in 2015) and Shubham (Delhi native, runs six cafes across the city). Experiential roastery and lab in Saket, Delhi launched in early 2024. Known for India's first Coffee Omakase — a 4-course curated coffee tasting experience.
