Opened in 2019 by Joachim Morceau, former head barista at Terres de Café. A tiny, reservation-only cafe in the 2nd arrondissement with seating only at the bar — no takeaway, no sugar, no pastries, no music. The experience is designed around tasting coffee slowly and as it is.
Joachim roasts ultra-light on a Loring S7 in the shop's workshop. He is the sole barista and roaster. Won the 2019 Sprudgie Award for Best New Cafe.
